It marked the eighth game of the tournament decided by 10 points or less. The 2010 event is being held at the Keeter Gymnasium on the campus of College of the Ozarks (Mo.).

Cedarville outscored Warner Pacific 15-6 in the extra period. "Warner Pacific may have been the best offensive rebounding team we've played this season," said Cedarville head coach Pat Estepp. "We were able to outrebound them in the second half and we took care of the ball cutting our turnovers down from 10 in the first half to five. I thought our defense also made some big plays in the second half and the overtime."

"It came down to who was going to make some big plays and we had veteran players who stepped up," commented Estepp. "Matt Harner hit the three-pointer to give us the lead for good and Ricardo Alliman played like a senior who has been here four times. It was a tough, physical victory."

Cedarville finished the game shooting 49 percent from the field and 33 percent from behind the arc. Matt Harner scored 15 points for the Yellow Jackets, while Austin Foote and Chris Beals each scored 11 points.

Warner Pacific was held to18 percent from behind the arc ,shot 36 percent from the field and a season low 54 percent from the free throw line. Reggie Guyton and Webster Moreland added 18 and 14 points, respectively.
